What is the difference between Move-In Ready and Home Edit?
Move-In Ready is for an empty or newly acquired home that needs furnishing and styling. Home Edit starts with the furniture and belongings you already have, refining the space and adding selected pieces to bring it together.
Do I need a full renovation?
The focus is furnishing and styling rather than full renovation. If your project needs technical design or building work, that requires a separate scope with an appropriately qualified professional.
Can we work with my existing furniture?
Yes. Existing pieces can form the starting point for a Home Edit. We look at what you love, what works in the space and what could be rearranged or complemented.
Is furniture included in the styling fee?
The professional service fee and the furniture and décor budget are separate. Your proposal explains the agreed scope and identifies any additional delivery, installation, photography or specialist costs.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the scope, product availability, approvals and deliveries. A proposed timeline is confirmed after these details have been reviewed.
Can you style a property for sale or premium rental?
Property Staging focuses on presentation for listing photographs and viewings. The scope can include reviewing existing furniture, refining the layout and adding selected styling elements. Sales or rental outcomes are not guaranteed.
Do you take care of electrical or structural work?
Technical drawings, electrical or plumbing design, structural changes and authority submissions are outside the styling service. Any such work needs to be scoped separately with the appropriate specialist.
